Windows 7 Tips. Installing from USB + Bootloader/GRUB loader Issues

I have not officialy started posting yet, However i wanted to share my two posts with you all. I had posted them on a different website recently and i thought it would be fair to post it here. It was regarding Windows 7. I recently bought windows 7 (not using the beta anymore), so i have been messing around. Here are the two posts;

Install Windows 7 From a USB

Yeah i have been a fan of installing Windows from my USB. My DVD drive makes too much noise (Some issues) and I like the idea of isntalling the windows from a USB i guess . Click here for the jump to the full article.

Uninstall GRUB loader and Get Windows Boot Loader Back

Yeah i had some terrible experince with the GRUB loader. I had Ubuntu installed with SWAP and GRUB loader in a seperate partition with Dual Boot. Now i just wanted to get rid of that stupid Grub Loader and get it back. I finally was able to do so using this method and anyone who is facing a similiar problem can try it out as well here.
