There is a free version as well as a paid version for just $2.99, which frankly is not a lot considering what you can do with it. In the free version you are limited to viewing certain number of folders or so.

I came across this technology again recently. I got really excited when they released such videos last year. Using the navigation system/GPS and camera to geo tag location in real time. These tags pop up when you aim your phone camera at any place. The tags point towards the location and can also provide information regarding the location.

It is actually known as Augmented Reality (AR). As seen here on bbc last year, it was the biggest thing ever made apprently.

Mobile phone operators, at least, are hoping it will be the next big thing as programmers learn to corral all the bells and whistles of smart phones – GPS, video, accelerometers – into “killer applications”.

For the first time such AR is available for handsets.

Want to hook up with someone. A complete stranger that is near you and fulfills certain needs/criteria of yours ? There is an Iphone app just for that by Pinpointx. Pinpointx is already a online date/meet website. They have now launched a Iphone app to make life easier. It is based on Who, When and Where. All you have to do is fill out your basic info, your location is determined by the GPS. Find a person fitting your criteria. Send him/her a message. Schedule a time and place to meet. And you are done for the night.

An adult social networking made easy right there. I looked up the demo online at there website here. Seemed pretty easy how the woman is able to find someone so easily and set up a meeting. This app is certainly out there to answer the societies woes.

And yeah one more thing. Each person has a profile which also has a rating system based on the interactions the person had. The other person decides how “good” you were and this then leads to your future judgement by other people who want to interact.

hmm
